INVESTMENTS FORUM IS EXPECTED
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A first deputy of the UB city Mayor, B.Baatarzorig has received Mrs.Coralie Gevers, a country manager and Resident representative of the World bank to Mongolia.
They have talked about seeking ways of introducing the law on Concession to the investment forum which will be run jointly with the WB.
"It is important because the law--the very first of its kind--will come to force this year, related to it 45 works have been planned, so the start must be as proper as possible," Baatarzorigt said and added that a cooperation with the WB is needed for this work.
Mrs. Gevers has appreciated this suggestion. "The concession must be open and understandable. The UB city administration can attract its donor and investor-partners," she said.
If to postpone the forum until late May of this year, the collaboration will be more effective, she added.
