SEVERAL ORGANIZATIONS WILL PROTECT TOURISTS' SAFETY
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A tourists safety memorandum has been signed between Ministry of environment and tourism, National center of tourism, Tourism office of Ulaanbaatar city, the city police, Mongolia's tourism association, and Mongolia's students association.
The memorandum has reflected a cooperation plan to prevent here tourists from crimes and to provide them with safe environment. Within the memorandum, they will have working the plan.
In 2010, 456 thousand 303 tourists visited to Mongolia. The tourism sector's income stood at 222.4 million USD. More than 90 percent of the tourists were from China, Russia, Republic of Korea, Japan, USA, Germany, Great Britain, and Australia.
