BOOK ON INT`L CONFERENCE “FOR DEMOCRACY AND STABILITY

Baku, 28 AUGUST,(AzerTAj)The book including materials of the international conference “For democracy and stability: new opportunities for cooperation” has been published.

The conference was organized by the New Azerbaijan Party and Heydar
Aliyev Foundation on May 7, 2008 in Baku to mark 85th birthday of national leader
Heydar Aliyev.
The book includes a greeting of President Ilham Aliyev to conference participants
and meeting of the Head of State with the delegates as well as speeches of the
participants.
The aim of the conference was to contribute to fruitful cooperation for ensuring
democracy and stability and bring together famous politicians to share their views.
The event brought together high-level representatives of parliaments and political
parties from over 30 countries as well as those from international organizations,
diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan, scholars.
The authors of the book publication project are YAP deputy chairman – executive
secretary Ali Ahmadov and Director General of AzerTAc Aslan Aslanov.
