PREMIER MEETS CEO OF HONG KONG STOCK EXCHANGE

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister S.Batbold received Monday a delegation headed by Mr. Ronald Joseph Arculli, CEO of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing.
The Premier has emphasized an importance of selling shares of the Mongolian companies in international capital market and developing a cooperation with international stock exchanges in order to finance the biggest projects and programs implemented in Mongolia in infrastructure, railway and energy sectors. He has expressed a willingness to collaborate with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in sharing experiences and preparing trained staffers.
In turn, Mr. Arculli has said he has been to Mongolia for the eighth time and thus he can see how its economics is developing rapidly. He has appreciated the vital steps Mongolia's government has been making towads development, and introduced the Premier to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange activity, adding three Mongolian companies, registered at this Stock Exchange, are running successfully.
Mr. Arculli has said the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is ready to cooperate with Mongolia's government in realizing the biggest projects in the mining, infrastructure and financing.
