Zibari, US ambassador discuss relations
Baghdad (NINA) – Foreign minister Hoshiar Zibari discussed with US ambassador to Iraq, James Jeffery bilateral ties and horizons of political cooperation between the two countries, a statement issued by the ministry mentioned.
The statement added “the meeting shed light on the American forces withdrawal agreement from Iraq by the end of 2011.”
“Current developments in the region and calls for change and reformation launched by the region’s peoples to achieve freedom and democracy were also discussed during the meeting,” the statement concluded.
