AFZ, ENMA Co. sign five real estate development agreements
ADEN, April 02 (Saba) - Yemen's Aden Free Zone (AFZ) and Enma Company signed here on Saturday five real estate development
agreements to establish projects of integral housing cities.
Under the agreements, the company will construct integral housing cities projects in sector "G" on an area of 521,000 square meters and worth totally $200 million.
The projects will provide nearly 7,000 job opportunities and will assist in solving the housing lack in Aden city.
The agreements were signed by AFZ Chairman Abdul-Ghalil al-Shuaibi and Chairman of Enma Company's Board of directors Hussein al-Hamami.
After the singing ceremony, al-Shuaibi talked about the importance of such projects and the role of AFZ in attracting private, local and foreign capitals to invest in real
estate development, infrastructure and service projects in the zone.
