DRAFT LAWS SUBMITTED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Road, Transportation, Construction and Urban Development Kh.Battulga submitted Friday some draft laws and resolutions drawn up by the cabinet, to the Speaker D.Demberel.
In accordance with a basic guidelines of updating the laws of Mongolia until 2012, the cabinet has worked out a draft of a new wording of the laws on land, land payment, geodesy and cartography, land cadastre. The new wording of the law on land payment has been drawn up with a purpose to set the zones of land values, basic prices and size of payments in accordance with objective prices at market and usage of lands. The draft amendment to the law has been presented on rules of submitting and working draft laws and parliamentary decisions.
A draft resolution of parliament has been submitted on implementation of the basic guidelines of socio-economic development of Mongolia for 2010 and activity plan of the government for 2008-2012.
