Terrorist through their attack on Maulana want to cut off him from public, Bashir Bilour

Peshawar, March 01, 2011 (PPI): Senior Minister Bashir Ahmad Bilour on Thursday said by attacking Maulana Fazal-ur-Rahman terrorist want to cut-off leadership from the masses however they would not succeed in their plans and leaders will go in public to continue the democratic process.

While visiting Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar to inquire the health of Charsadda bomb blast victims, senior minister in his chat with media said terrorists through targeting Maulana Fazal, the leader of International calibre wanted international projection.

To a question senior minister said government could not instruct any democratic force to stop public meetings as terrorist want so keep the public away from their leadership and spread the terror to disturb the normal life.

To a question, he said it was not clear as to who was the actual targets of suicide attacker because it was for the 2nd time in two days that police escorting Maulana Fazal personal vehicle has been targeted. today again 4 police men are killed while 4 other seriously injured while other people were hit by ball barring, Bashir said adding that it was the government prime responsibility to protect the people but it very much difficult to stop suicide attackers.

Replying a question Bashir Bilour said terrorist want to scare the people therefore they would attacker either to target Maulana Fazal-ur-Rahman or Bashir Ahmad Bilour, for them both are equal.

We urge the political parties to be united against the menace of terrorism, terrorist are not human therefore they must be defeated, he asserted.
