.Libya foreign minister claims asylum in UK - Reuters.

LONDON, March 31 (Itar-Tass) - Minister for Foreign Affairs of Libya Moussa Koussa arrived in the UK Wednesday evening and claimed an asylum in this country, Reuters reported with reference to a representative of the Libyan Foreign Minister.
According to him, Koussa announced that he has broken with the
government of Muammar Gaddafi, because he was against the use of force
against the civilian population.
