AMBASSADOR B.ALTANGEREL MEETS MONGOLIANS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Ambassador of Mongolia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland B.Altangerel has met in London with the Mongolians who are residing in the UK. Such a meeting runs every year.
The Ambassador has spoken about socio-economic situation in Mongolia and the biggest projects and programs in infrastructure and mining, measures of Mongolia's Embassy for protecting interests of Mongolians. He has discussed urgent problems facing the Mongolians as well.
Other information he gave was about the revised registration of the Mongolians abroad and consular services. B.Altangerel said the Embassy tries to improve its service making it sufficient and prompt.
The gathered have asked about benefits of Motherland, shares of the biggest programs, social matters of the Mongolians who work, live or study abroad. In response, the Ambassador has advised to increase number of Mongolian students to study in the UK majoring in mining and other professions needed for Mongolia. He has noted the government is making efforts to train Mongolians who studied in the UK in the biggest banks and companies and to attract them to Mongolia.
The Ambassador has emphasized that this year's meeting has brought together more Mongolians than previous meetings.
