Vladivostok-Avia cuts flights to Japan due to low demand

VLADIVOSTOK (Itar-Tass) - Vladivostok-Avia Company cuts its
flights to Japan due to few passengers, the company's press service
reported on Wednesday.
"The company has to stop temporarily flights from Vladivostok to
Niigata and to cut flights from Vladivostok, Khabarovsk and
Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to Tokyo /Narita airport/," the press service said.
A new timetable is not available as yet, but passengers who have
bought tickets to Niigata are advised to use flights to Tokyo. Passengers,
flying from Japan, are asked to address Vladivostok-Avia's office in Tokyo.
The company operated regular flights from Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, and
Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk to Tokyo and Niigata. Tu-204-300 and Airbus A 320 planes
served the Vladivostok-Narita airport route twice a week, as well as
flights to Tokyo from Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Khabarovsk.
