Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ As of March 22, the Bank of Mongolia (Central Bank) bought 270 kg of gold.
It shows an increase by 174.6 kg, or 64.7 percent, against the same period of 2010. As the banks says, it has been caused by an annulling the 68-percent windfall tax.
Another reason is that, on January 1 this year the law expired on excise tax on soaring products prices.
