JOURNALISTS AND NAT'L COMMITTEE TO COOPERATE IN GENDER EQALITY MATTERS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The national committee on gender equality (NCGE) under the government and parliament journalists association (PJA) have concluded a collaboration contract.
The contract has been signed by a secretary of the NCGE, B.Enkhsaikhan, and by a head of the PJA, Mongolia's national public radio and TV columnist, J.Altangerel at the end of "Gender-sensitive media index" training. It has been run by these committee and assosiation together with United Nations population fund. The gathered have considered all interviews and publications that cover such matters as gender and its balance, gender-based violence, women participation in politics, what the criteria of the gender-sensitive media are.
