Kurdish official: Erdogan will sign major trade contracts in Erbil

Erbil (NINA) – Kurdistan presidency office announced today that major trade contracts will be signed by the Turkish Prime Minister, Recep Tayeb Erdogan, and the Kurdistan president Masoud Barzani.

Head of the Kurdish Presidency office, Fouad Hussein, Told NINA that "Erdogan's visit to Erbil will strengthen economic and political ties between the Kurdish region and Turkey."

He added that the Turkish official will be inaugurating projects implemented by Turkish companies as well as discussing the PKK activities.
