Senate Committee on Housing and Works meets today

QUETTA, March 24, 2011 (PPI): A meeting of Senate standing Committee on Housing and works will be held her March 25 at provincial assembly secretariat here.

Senator Abdul Nabi Bangash chairman of the committee will be in chair.

Committee would transact agenda of implementation status of the recommendations made by it on Feb 7 meeting in Islamabad.

Briefing/ presentation on the development schemes of the parliamentarians/ public sector development project and development scheme under the Prime Minister Directive being executed by the PWF in Baluchistan province, Briefing/presentation on the ongoing projects of National Construction Limited Company and Pakistan Housing Authority at Quetta Baluchistan and Briefing/presentation on the unauthorized occupation of Government accommodation and state land in the Baluchistan province. Measures adopted by the Ministry of Housing and Works to get vacated of the subject land/accommodation.
