MOSCOW (Itar-Tass) - Prime Minister Vladimir Putin will
chair the tenth meeting of the foreign investment commission on Friday
which will consider 12 bids, including French ALSTOM Holding plans to
invest in two railway carriage works in Russia - in Bryansk and Tver.
At present the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (FAS) is considering 198

The government works to simplify investment rules into such
industries, as food, pharmaceuticals, banking business and mining. FAS
also proposed to raise the acquisition stake that demands no government
