Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Mongolian athletes have left for the South Korea in order to take part in the 10th Ultramarathon Asian Championships to run March 26 in Cheju island.
The team of Mongolia comprises international master of sports V.Otgontuul, sports masters B.Khadbaatar and D.Sodnompil. They are coached by B.Batkhuu from Dornod province, and are headed by S.Onorbayar, the secretary-general of Mongolia's Federation of Ultramarathon.
The athletes have been qualified by the state championships for ultramarathon. If they show successes, they will be given a right to take part in the world championships to take place September 10 in the Netherlands.

The Defense Minister L.Bold received Tuesday Ya.Dulmaa who won gold medal in the Amateur Sumo World Championships ran October of the last year. She is the first woman in Mongolia to become the world champion in sumo.
The Minister has granted the Red Flag Order of Labor Merit to Ya.Dulmaa, which is awarded in accordance with a decree of the President.
