Reform of State-placed order to be discussed Wed
MOSCOW, March 23 (Itar-Tass) - The widely discussed reform of
State-placed order will be the focus of attention at a State -Placed Order
- 2011 all-Russia forum and exhibition that open here on Wednesday. This
year, about 30,000 people are expected to visit the exhibition.
"The forum is held for a seventh time already," Igor Artemyev,
Director of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), told Itar-Tass. "The
forum to a considerable extent promotes the emergence of a credible
professional floor in our country for the elaboration of areas of work and
refinement of the State Order system, and strengthens the established
dialogue between customer and supplier," Artemyev maintains.
The FAS chief intends to participate in the three-day forum
proceedings. Organizers said participation in the forum had been confirmed
by Vyacheslav Volodin, Vice-Premier and Chief of Government Staff, Tatyana
Golikova, Minister of Health and Social Development, Roman Artyukhin, head
of the Federal Treasury, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, Sberbank chief
Gherman Gref. Delegations from more than 50 constituent entities of the
Russian Federation will take part in the business programme of the forum.
