MOSCOW, March 20 (Itar-Tass) -- Russia calls the international
coalition "to stop non-selective use of force" in Libya, spokesman of
Russia's Foreign Ministry Alexander Lukashevich said on Sunday.
"Our position is it is unacceptable to use the mandate emerging from
the SB Resolution 1973, which was a non-transparent step, to achieve
objectives, which are beyond its positions and which covers exclusively
measures to protect the civil population."
