Wide mil force use to result in conflict escalation - RF envoy

BRUSSELS, March 19 (Itar-Tass) -- The wide use of military force in
Libya will lead to escalation of the conflict and will contribute to the
radicalization of the entire region of North Africa and the Middle East,
Russia's permanent representative to NATO Dmitry Rogozin told Itar-Tass,
noting that it was his personal view.
