Obama, Cameron, Sarkozy agree to work closely on Libya

(Itar-Tass) - U.S. President Barack Obama called
his British and French counterparts on Thursday after the UN Security
Council authorized a no-fly zone for Libya and the three leaders urged
Tripoli to comply with the resolution, the White House said.
Obama, British Prime Minister David Cameron and French President
Nicolas Sarkozy also agreed that violence against the civilian population
of Libya must stop.
They agreed to coordinate closely the next steps and cooperate with
Arab and other international partners to enforce the resolution.
The Security Council voted on Thursday to authorize a no-fly zone over
Libya and "all necessary measures" to protect civilians against the armed
forces loyal to Muammar Gaddafi.
