CABINET MEETING IN BRIEF
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Wednesday's cabinet meeting discussed and backed in principle a draft amendment to the Constitution of Mongolia initiated by 15 MPs. It will be conveyed to the initiators with proposals from other parliamentarians.
The cabinet has approved a result of the 1st meeting of the Mongolia-Italy inter-governmental joint commission on economic and technical cooperation which was held February 16, 2011 in Rome, Italy. The Minister of Food, Agriculture and Light Industry T.Badamjunai has been obliged to approve a working plan to be realized in line of the meeting and to put control over the implementation.
The cabinet has backed and considered as necessity to establish an agreement on air relations between the governments of Mongolia and the Republic of Uzbekistan. When the agreement is established, the countries will bring their air relations into a new level, and will create a legal regulation for direct and transport airlines between the countries.
