HUMAN RIGHTS SUPPORT PROGRAMME TO BE IMPLEMENTED
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A human rights support programme will be implemented in 2011-2012. About it was decided at the cabinet meeting Wednesday.
Some tasks have been given to governors of Ulaanbaatar and of provinces, to Ministers of Finance and of Justice and home affairs to decide finance matters in frames of chief budget manager package, and of foreign aid and loans-based projects.
Over 120 actions are to be co-organized by the Cabinet secretariat, ministries, agencies and localities governments, while NGOs will be cooperating by controlling the implementation of the project.
The programme partly reflects some social, cultural and economics measures accorded with the announced by the Government "Employment Support Year".
