Three injured in KU clash
KARACHI, March 16, 2011 (PPI): At least there students received bullet injuries in a clash between two rival student groups in Karachi University on Thursday in the limits of Mobina police station, police and ambulance sources said.
They said that the clash occurred between the two student outfits in Karachi University, and both used clubs, iron bars and restored to firing.
As a result, Farhan, a student of Final Year, Hammad, student of 1st Year and Ahmar, student of 2nd year received bullet injuries and rushed to the Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) for medical treatment.
Police and Rangers rushed to the campus and took situation in control. There were unconfirmed reports about injuring of more students in the clash.
