O'Farrell promises voters real change

NSW Opposition Leader Barry O'Farrell says a government led by him will bring real change to the state - after 16 years of Labor.
At an election forum in western Sydney, Mr O'Farrell stepped down from the podium at the Campbelltown Catholic Club into the audience to deliver his opening remarks.
"I think this election is about bringing real change ... to make NSW number one again," he told the public forum of about 200 people.
Mr O'Farrell referred to his "Contract with NSW", released earlier on Wednesday, which promises a coalition government would stand by its election commitments if it wins the March 26 election.
