Basic commodities at suitable prices in Yemen, says al-Mutawakil
al-Mutawakil held talks on Saturday with a delegation of the Kuwaiti Union of Consumers Cooperative Societies (UCCS), headed by chairman of the union Mohammed al-Ansari, on the possibilities of making a cooperation bridge among civil society organizations and economicalcorporations in Yemen and the Kuwaiti UCCS.
The two sides also discussed possibilities of benefiting from UCCS experiences and applying them in Yemen in order to provide basic foodstuff and commodities to consumers at suitable prices for theYemeni consumer.
The delegation showed its readiness to cooperate with Yemen in various fields including establishing consumers cooperative societies to serve consumers and provide all legal andadministrative experiences necessary for them.
The UCCS also pointed out the possibilities of establishing a joint cooperation advantage of promised investment opportunities for fisheries sector in Yemen and other available opportunities in various fields to achieve integration among Yemeni-Kuwaitiproductive and consuming economies.
