Iran youth team wins Bulgarian wrestling tournament
TEHRAN,March 15 (MNA)-- The freestyle wrestling team claimed title of the Petko Sirakov and Ivan Iliev Junior International tournament in Varna, Bulgaria.
The Iranian team takes home five gold and four bronze medals from the event.
Iran’s Greco-Roman team finished at second place behind Kazakhstan. The Iranian wrestlers won two gold and three bronze medals in the competition.
The tournament brought the wrestlers from 15 countries together.
The three-day International tournament held in the memory of Bulgarian Petko Sirakov and Ivan Iliev.
