Qatar to Observe Arab City Day
Doha, March 14 (QNA) - Qatar will celebrate tomorrow the Arab city day which will be observed under the theme " security and safety necessary for development".
Sheikh Abdel Rahman Bin Khalifa Bin Abdel Aziz al Thani, the minister of municipal affairs and urban planning and head of the Arab cities organization award said that Qatar and other Arab countries were giving due attention to security and safety in Arab cities. He noted that Qatar has gone strides in achieving development according to standards of security and safety.
Sheikh Abdel Rahman stressed the role of citizens in helping maintain security and safety in order to achieve development.(QNA(
