Guardian killed in jewellery shop attack in northern Moscow
MOSCOW, March 15 (Itar-Tass) - A guardian at a jewellery shop in the north of Moscow has repelled a robbers' attack preventing them from stealing anything from the shop.
"Three unidentified robbers broke into an ' Adamas' jewellery shop at 5, Nizhnyaya Maslovka at 20:40 on Monday. One of them was armed with firearms. The shop's guardian, Khasan Khamzin, put up resistance and was shot dead by the burglars," a spokesperson from the main investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee for Moscow told Itar-Tass.
She added that the robbers didn't steal anything and left the shop
empty-handed.
The investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee for Moscow's northern administrative district has filed a lawsuit on three charges: murder, robbery and illegal circulation of arms.
