Report on murder of Azerbaijani child by Armenians submitted to OSCE Chairman-in-Office

A report on murder of a 9-year-old Azerbaijani child by Armenians has been submitted to the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Audronius Azubalis, OSCE Chairman-in-Office Personal Representative on Nagorno-Karabakh Andrzej Kasprzyk said.
"My group got familiarized with the situation in connection with the murder of the child in place, listened to local officials, commanders and made a report, which I submitted to OSCE Chairman-in-Office," Kasprzyk said.
He said that monitoring was planned at the contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani troops in the northern part of the region, but due to this incident it was shifted to the southern part.
A 9-year-old resident of the Orta Garvand village in the Agdam region was killed on March 8 as a result of a ceasefire violation by Armenian troops. Fariz Badalov was shot in the head while playing in his yard. He was taken to hospital, but doctors failed to save his life.
