Hilal: State is ready to rebuild Saada in condition of settling

stability and security.

Hilal said that the assessment committee for damages d start its work in Hiadan next Sunday within second phase of evaluation fordamages.

During his visit to Maran district to see damages caused by strife and listen to their needs of development and services projects Hilal and Saada governor Hassan Manna paid visit to see damaged affected Hiadan Hospital, asking to rehabilitate the hospital as soon as possible to offer health services for the citizens of theregion.

Hilal also delivered a speech in front of gathering of people whocame to welcome him and the other member of the committee.

He said that the state is an umbrella for all citizens who have rights and duties toward state including commitments with constitution and law, saying that the activities of the assessment would be in accordance with standards mentioned in the registrationform for damages in private and public possessions.

He urged the citizens to cooperate to enhance stability and security in the governorate as they are important to start process ofrebuilding the governorate.
