MONTSAME EXPRESSES CONDOLENCE TO KYODO NEWS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Director-General of the National MONTSAME Agency T.Baasansuren has sent the letter of condolence to Mr. Satoshi Ishikawa, the president & editor-in-chief of Kyodo News, Japan.
"Dear Mr. President & Editor-in-Chief, people of Mongolia, in particular the staff of the national MONTSAME news agency, are offering deep condolences to You for the many hundreds human lives loss and colossal material damages that have been caused by the strongest ever and devastating earthquake and tsunami.
We have been proudly witnessing how you, our dear colleagues from Kyodo News, are day and night working hard at the hot spots in these tough times to interruptedly provide the Japanese and the whole world community with the latest and most reliable information, and do admire your courage.
The MONTSAME News Agency has been disseminating among the Mongolians objective news on the current situation in Japan using reliable resources of the Kyodo News. In addition, we are widely distributing information on charitable campaign run by Mongolians to help the Japanese people.
We have no doubt that the Japanese State and the industrious and highly organized Japanese people will successfully overcome the aftermath of the natural disaster in relatively short time.
