M.ENKHBOLD: MONGOLIA WILL SEND RESCUE TEAMS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The Deputy Premier of Mongolia M.Enkhbold met Saturday Mr. Kidokoro Takuo, the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Japan to Mongolia, in the Japan's Embassy in Mongolia. The Deputy Premier has introduced to the ambassador the governmental measures of assistance and aid to be rendered to Japan.
M.Enkhbold has reported that the government of Mongolia has decided to give a non-refundable aid of one-million dollars assistance to Japan, and to send rescue teams from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and the Defense Ministry comprising 30 rescuers and 200-300 servicemen to the disaster zone. Furthermore, Mongolia sent Saturday 2,500 woolen blankets.
Thanks to urging Mongolians help Japan, officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the NEMA and the General Agency for Specialized Inspection have donated two-day salaries to the Japanese people. In addition, M.Enkhbold has said the government decided to bring the Mongolians who have been in disaster areas.
