NUMBER OF CRIMES INCREASES
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ At national level, 3,326 crimes were registered in the first two months of 2011, reflecting an increase of 151 crimes or 4.8 per cent against the previous year.
In the period, the crimes caused 1182 injuries and 246 deaths. The number of injuries has increased by 455 people or 62.6 per cent; and the number of deaths down by 51 people or 17.2 per cent compared to the same period of the previous year.
