Maliki: parliament failed in distributing posts in 2011 budget
Baghdad (NINA) – Prime Minister, Nouri Al Maliki, stressed that the parliament failed in distributing the posts in 2011 budget among the ministries.
In a statement in front of the parliament Maliki reiterated that the "demands of demonstrators should be collected to fulfill them immediately."
The new posts should be provided in accordance to the population rates for each province, Maliki concluded.
