Oil pipeline bombed
Mosul (NINA) – Oil pipeline heading to Syria through north-west Mosul was bombed by an IED, the attack did not stop the oil flow through the pipeline to Syria.
A source at the Nineveh police told NINA correspondent that “an IED was laid near the oil pipe in Ein Zala, Zamar District north-west Mosul, causing minor damages in a water sub-pipe while the oil pipeline was not damaged.”
The water flow through that pipe was stopped due to the attack, the source concluded
