NAT'L PROGRAM APPROVED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ In accordance with a decision of the cabinet, a national program was approved Wednesday to develop the corporate governance. This program aims to augment investments, create having good governance and sustainable actions state and private companies that will partake in the great construction, and to implement the state policy of forming the corporate governance.
In view of this, related Ministers and heads of organizations have been ordered to approve a plan of measures for the first phase of the program and put a control over its implementation, and to reflect a necessary capital in the draft amendment to the law on budget for 2011. They are to reflect the program's goals and measures in the annual basic guidelines of socio-economic development, to place necessary money in the budget of Finance Regulatory Committee (FRC), and to realize the program's some actions with loans and assistance of international organizations and cooperation projects.
Head of the FRC Ts.Bayarsaikhan has been allowed to set up a national council in charge of implementing the national program, and to start its activity.
B.Khuder
