PORTS FOR MEDICAL DRUGS GET LIMITED
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Medications and medical devices/facilities will be imported through four ports only--the Buyant-Ukhaa, Chingis Khaan airport, the Altanbulag and Sukhbaatar, Selenge aimag, and the Zamiin-Uud, Dornogobi aimag.
This decision was made by the cabinet members on Wednesday.
A Minister of Foreign affairs, G.Zandanshatar has been obliged to inform the World Trade Organization (WTO) about this directive.
As the Premier warned at the meeting, the medicines and medical facilities trade is not open for public and thus is understood as some businessmen's activities. He has tasked the Government's office with undertaking a related inspection and drawing an independent conclusion.
