MQM to continue boycotting Sindh Assembly
KARACHI, March 09, 2011 (PPI): Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Wednesday would continue boycott of Sindh Assembly session resuming on Thursday.
This was announced by the member of Coordination Committee of MQM Wasay Jalil while talking to media here.
It may be noted that a delegation of MQM last night met President Asif Ali Zardari in Islamabad, who assured them to address their reservations about the provoking statement of Sindh Home Minister Dr Zulfiqar Ali Mirza.
However, Wasay Jalil s said that their party would continue boycotting Sindh Assembly until their demands are fully met. He said his party will stick to its just demands until their complete acceptance.
He said MQM’s delegation has already apprised President Zardari of crimes being committed by People’s Peace Committee (PPC).
