Mumtaz Bhutto urges rulers to step down
Karachi, March 09, 2011 (PPI): Expressing deep grief on loss of lives and property in bomb blasts in Faisalabad and Peshawar, chairman, Sindh National front, Mumtaz Ali Bhutto asked the rulers to step down as they have lost the war on terror being fought at our homeland on behest of US.
“Like US, who after a 12-year long war in Afghanistan has admitted defeat and now is compelled to negotiate with Taliban, the rulers in Pakistan too have lost the war imposed on own people to secure their ‘job’,” Bhutto said in a statement on Wednesday.
“The rulers have thrown entire country from Karachi to Afghan border into war in which over 50, 000 people have been killed and 15000 soldiers sacrificed their life besides US$50 million loss to national exchequer,” he said.
“The conditions have become intolerable now. The rulers should step down as they have lost the right to rule or otherwise masses would be compelled for bloody revolution.”
