Prime Minister says taking all allies, other parties on board to strengthen democracy
Islamabad, March 08, 2011 (PPI): Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani says government is taking all allies and other parties on board to strengthen democracy.
The tradition of accommodating each other is necessary to restore peace in troubled areas of the country, he said Tuesday while talking to Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah who called on him at PM House. Religious Affairs Minister Syed Khurshid Shah was also present.
Gilani reiterated government’s commitment to continue reconciliation policy. Dialogue was a continuous process and helpful in finding workable solution of all issues including political.
They discussed political situation of the country. Chief Minister briefed on flood affectees rehabilitation in various parts of the province.
