BOC: No curfew on Monday
Baghdad (NINA) – Baghdad Operations Command (BOC) denied rumors that a curfew or a ban on the movement of vehicles will be imposed on Baghdad on Monday, March 7.
Spokesman for the BOC, General Qasim Ata, told NINA, "It is not true what has been reported by some media outlets that a curfew will be imposed on Baghdad during Monday."
Some local satellite channels reported that Monday will witness a large demonstration in Tahreer Square, in central Baghdad, on the first anniversary of the general election.
