Qatari Consul in Karachi Attacked
Karachi, March 05 (QNA) - The Qatari Consul in Karachi was attacked Saturday by an unknown person who tried to forcibly open the car door in an attempt to blackmail.
The unknown person opened fire on the car with a pistol, but the Consul was not hurt.
Qatar News Agency (QNA) learned that the Qatari Consul was accompanied in the car by the Omani Consul, and Deputy Consul of Kuwait, either of them was not hurt .
It was apparently that the attack was an armed robbery.
