Yemen, IMF discuss Friends of Yemen Group ministerial meeting
SANA'A, March 05 (Saba) - Yemen and International Monetary Fund )IMF) discussed on Saturday issues related to
ministerial meeting of Friends of Yemen Group scheduled to be held in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh end of March.
This came in a meeting that gathered Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi and International Monetary Fund's resident representative in Yemen Ghazi Shbeikat.
At the meeting, Al-Qirbi and Shbeikat also discussed cooperation relations between Yemen and the Fund as well as the special arrangements of the upcoming visit of an IMF
delegation to Yemen next week.
Shbeikat confirmed the Fund's readiness to continue support to Yemen, praising the level of existing cooperation between Yemen and the Fund.
