SPEAKER BECOMES DOCTOR OF SCIENCES
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ On Monday, the Parliament Speaker D.Demberel successfully defended a doctor degree on management (PhD) with a thesis “Issue on ethical formation of Mongolian state service”, in the Management Academy (MA). The scientific work of Demebrel has been created based on his research into ethics of Mongolia's state service.
A leader of the Professorial Team of the MA Dr. Sh.Tudev has underlined that "he has manged to cover all key issues of the state service ethics where definite indicators may be applied to corruption, conflict of interests, open/hidden battles for power and positions; it also comprises methods of forming the ethics".
One of the thesis official critics Dr. S.Narangerel says the theme was not easy to research, emphasizing that D.Demberel raises urgent problems facing the present social life, and that his work has become the first best one to satisfy all standards of thesis writing. S.Narangerel considers as necessary to publish this work adding it might be very helpful for postgraduates and scholars who conduct researches.
