Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ An international master of sports and judoist of the national selected team P.Lhamdegd grabbed a gold medal in the Women's World Cup competitions took place last weekend in Prague, the Czech Republic. She has competed in the women's -78 kg contest.
At the first round, P.Lhamdegd had a bye and defeated judoists from Japan and Germany by ippon. At the next round, she has beaten a Belgium's judoist, and then defeated her Japanese opponent at the gold medal contest.
P.Lhamdegd won her second gold medal in serial competitions held European countries. Before it, she won a gold medal in the Grand Prix competitions took place February 19-20 in Dusseldorf city, Germany.

An international master of sports Sh.Tumentsetseg won a silver medal in women's free-style wrestling tournament held February 25-26 in France. She has competed in women's 63 kg contest. Apart of her, Mongolian team has been represented by D.Otgontsetseg (48 kg) and O.Nasanburmaa (63 kg).
Some Mongolian wrestlers are having training in France to take part in the World Cup tournament to be held March 5-6. Others will compete in the Klippan Lady Open tournament to run March 4-6 in Klippan city, Sweden. This tournament will bring together wrestlers from China, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Canada, Russia, France, Sweden and Japan.
