PRESIDENT WORKS IN TOV

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ In a scope of a tour to Tov aimag, the President Ts.Elbegdorj got acquainted Sunday with activities of the aimag's court organization. This aimag's court has begun to make first steps for ensuring transparency in accordance with an order of the President.
The general judge of Tov aimag D.Myagmarjav has said the court's website informs all decisions, and some 100 people visit this website a day. According to him, a propaganda has started of justice manifesto co-issued by the Mongolian Association of Judges, the Union of Women Judges and the Union of Court Organization Workers.
Mentioning that the most precious wealth is the justice the State Head has appreciated propagandizing the manifesto, and emphasized the fairest conclusion is made by people not by any leader.
The same day, the President got au fait with the “Tov chandmani” thermal-energy station in Zuunmod town. This company provides families with consumption water, produces heating by eight furnaces and 23 low-pressure boilers. Authorities of the company have said the station began testing some technologies of producing heat using the ground heat.
The company have reported that the technology of distributing heating by transporting coal from far distance has gone out of date, adding they are researching a possibility of combining the heat production with coal processing. They have asked the President to study an opportunity to support a related project on combination of heat production and coal processing.
In response, the President has backed this proposal, and underlined this kind of project must be supported because it saves expense and is friendly to environment.
