Demonstrators burn governing buildings in Fallujah

Ramadi, Anbar (NINA) –Hundreds of demonstrators forced their way into the buildings of the local council and Mayor’s office of Fallujah city and set fire in both buildings n Friday.

Reporter of NINA stated that fire brigade hurried towards both buildings but they were not able to arrive due to large number of demonstrators who blocked the roads.

“An Iraqi Army force attempted to calm down the demonstrators and demanded them to demonstrate peacefully,” he added.

The total number of injuries among the demonstrators due to attempt to break into the Fallujah Local Council rose to four injuries.

A source from Fallujah Hospital mentioned that “The demonstrators were injured by the barbered wires set around the building.”
