CABINET RECEIVED 17 THOUSAND COMPLAINTS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ The state administrative organizations received 17 thousand 814 complaints and proposals from people in 2010, and their 97 percent were resolved, said a head of Government office Khurelbaatar at the cabinet meeting Wednesday.
A majority of these appeals were asking for a help in medicinal costs, money aid, loans, employment, land ownership, work places, for apartments and gers (national dwelling).
At the same time, the localities' authorities received 765 thousand 840 complaints and proposals from people, and some 98.3 percent of them were resolved.
