PROGRAMME NEEDS A PUSH, COMMITTEE SET UP

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ At the cabinet meeting held Wednesday, the Prime Minister gave a direction according to which a national committee has been set up headed by Deputy Minister.
The committee's obligations are to inform the government about the works that are reflected in the "New Construction" mid-term programme. Adopted by parliament and supplied by an approved by the Government activities plan late December last year, the programme aims at housing and providing it with united governance, at strengthening a collaboration between state administration and localities' authorities and interrelation of various sectors, and at creating financial resources needed.
When the realization of the programme started, it has become obvious that it needs a united management/leadership that would be able to intensify all these works nationwide. This served as a reason to establish this national committee.
